Custom exhausTT?
college tuition is due, and i dont have too much money left over so.....
How much should a custom exhaust cost me? (225QC)
What size should i go with? (3" or 2.75")
Anyone know of a place in the tri-state??

I got a custom 3" from the cat back $500 -->
3" from the cat to the muffler (MagnaFlow 11") 3" opening to a 4" Tip, perfect placement and have had no problems since. I also had made a custom 3" DP with 200-Cell race-cat. The sound is sick!!

I would suggest the guy that made mine; but he has been quite busy with other endeavors..
So I would have to suggest Mufflex down in Trenton. Some will say its overkill; but I would go 3". I have a full 3" turboback right now and the performance is great.

I recently went custom with 2.5" pre-muffler into a u-pipe w/o muffler/dual resonated 4" tips.
No clearance issues. The sound is deep and gurgly. 2-3x louder than borla. Music is prominent during 2-3k acceleration and at WOT sounds like a high revving V8 (if you can fathom that in a 4). 2.5" piping was $300 and welding of the tips $50. I love the sound and high rpm performance.
