Default You really gotta torque those bolts down tight.

Mine came loose early on, too, but after tightening the crap out of all the bolts I've had no problems for thousands of miles.

Default I highly suggest getting self locking high heat nuts - lock washers

aren't as effective. Also - consider having a shop weld on a rod so you can reinstall the front hanger. I have a feeling the track days are what is causing it due to extra stress. Also - install the poly dog bone bushings which limit engine movement.

Mine came off 3 times before I got some star washers.
