Dash board lights don't come on
Hi. Just replaced my battery. Car wont turn over and there are know lights on the dashboard when the key is in the start position. Please help.

Key switch has nothing to do with the general illumination of the instrument panel. Those lights are controlled by the headlight switch. The warning lights are controlled by the key switch and various sensors and control modules though.
