In Dash DVD Player advice ?
 

looking for a flip out screen and was wondering what people have installed and if all models are able to be used in our cars with the cover?

was looking at JENSEN VM-9410 if flip out screen models work fine, and JVC KD-AVX1 if not

have u consider any of the piooner product...expensive yes but

Im using the kenwood KVT 815 DVD system and it is the only one
 

that will allow the cover still to be used on our cars...I highly recommend it...Using the metra harness intergrates with the Bose well and sounds great...You could do the KVT 715 also but only real difference is with the screen closed on the 815 you can still see radio station info...The colors match the TT interior well and the info is displayed in red like the TT also...

Have Alpine IVA - D901 and no, cover will not close, but screen is brilliantly awesome.
