Dealer said $154 for a haldex fluid change ...does that sound right? Also, how can I tell if
it's ever been changed...I bought my car used '01 with 20k on it and now it has 42k. The ESP warning light is on and that's why I don't think it was changed.

1 hr labor: $100
The only way to tell if they changed it is to look at the filter, if it is metal then it was never changed. [Edit] Or they could have changed the oil but not the filter.
FYI: It's not a hard DIY job
