Dealer sold me as NEW but found out it's used?
I just went in for service (Diffrent dealer from where I purchased) and they told me I have used certification. 10yrs/100,000 mile. hmm funny huh? I bought it as brand new.
I bought my TTQR 225 on april, but from the history someone purchased on march and looked liked a roll back.
When I went to buy my car, it only had 4 miles on it and the sales man told me it was BRAND NEW.
What should I do? Should i just forget about it and keep my 10 yrs warranty? or If i want to do something about it what are the steps I should follow?
Please advise.

Wha?
what should you do? Call Lawyer. turn in the dealer. Threaten to sue the dealer. Get Audi involved. Have the dealers license revoked. Soak them for every penny and evry free thing they will give you.
and, request a brand new Audi to replace yours WITHOUT changing any terms or costing you a cent.
I wouldn't take this at all. Car dealers are crap and when you can hand them their own ***......take the opportunity.
trust me..my dealer wrecked my car 3 times, let it somehow get off the lof for a weekend (450 miles, stolen stuff including my manual, cigarette burns in the roof etc.) To date I have recieved 5 free months of payments and 2 $100 gift certificates to the business of my choice..all from Audi.

Re: What is AoA and what's their phone number?
AoA is Audi of America. Call (800) 822-2834
when you get to customer service...ask fo r the executive office. tell them you want to speak top the CEO. They will, instead send you to an exuctive office customder service (a bit higher and more power than the reguloar customer service). Here is where you need to be firm, be mad, state your case and do not be scared to ask for what you want to fix the situation.
It alsway helps to relate your problem to OTHER customers..
"Well, ma'am im not only calling to have my problem fixed..i am calling your executive office to make you aware of a potential problemt hat could hurt Audi's reputation, your dealer networkls reputation etc."

Maybe not so sinister...
Actually all leftover 2002's and probably some 2003's were sold as "Audi assured" as an extra incentive. If it was a 2002, you should have got a great price and the longer warranty to boot. Not as sure of how 2003's were being handled then but from some hints my dealer dropped (before I ended up getting something else) I would imagine they were doing the same or similar for them. All negative thoughts about dealers aside, I find it hard to believe they would go to some great ruse, risking losing both their franchise and state license, by cheating you.

Yes I got a great price, but...
think about it.
1. They told me it was a new car. (left over from 2002)
2. How funny when I went in for service to that dealer, the service dept never told me about this even though I told them I bought it NEW. Like I said I just found out from diffrent dealer.
