Read through last night's threads and decided that anytime posts or pictures of a particular nature get posted I'm going to post this (from the TOS):

But with many of things that are posted here you could hi-lite every adjective
in that small paragraph. The entire OT Forum based on AudiWorld's very own TOS should not even exist. For the rules to be followed by everyone on this site, then they need to state clearly in their own TOS that the OT Forum only abides by the rules as noted, when AW and OT Forum Moderator feel like.
JET says the OT Forum rules regarding sexually explicit pictures is based on the "Maxim" rule. Meaning if a picture could be published in Maxim Magazine then it is ok for AudiWorld. So, before you post the TOS text, make certain you wouldn't be "going against the unwritten rules". lol
The problem with how this place is moderated is the rules are not followed the same from moderator to moderator and for Poster to Poster. Their are many Posters that are harrassed by certain moderators and they have tried and many times succedded to chase off a Poster. It has happened much more than people realize, or the various moderators are willing to own up to. Ask Kim about harrassing e-mails she has gotten. It would be interesting to find out who else has gotten similar e-mails from various moderators. . . we will probably never know.

My post was just meant as a relatively light-hearted stab at the 'sexually oriented' pics and posts that go undisturbed by moderators (even in people's signatures that appear over and over).

I know your post was light hearted . . .
but the problem is some of the moderators are not exactly what you would call "light hearted". They are making up their own rules as they go along. Hell, Dave was "negotiating" with Kim and Denny along with others last night on the percentage of OT posts <b>HE</b> is going to allow on this forum. lol
