Do I ACTUALLY have the Bose system in my car?
So I’ve removed my Concert radio to put a new aftermarket Pioneer radio in. The speakers on my car say “Bose”, but there was no red harness for the Bose system connected to my radio. Do I have the Bose system or not?

I have no idea. I'll assume you did not buy the aftermarket head unit from Crutchfield. They supply the best instructions. All I can do is suggest you call Crutchfield and see if they will help you with a harness adapter kit for a reasonable price. Otherwise, call Pioneer.
Buy the service manual if necessary for the wiring diagram.

When I did mine, I used a Metra harness. It plugged into the preamp output on the new stereo and then it's just power and antenna. It was very easy and it works well.
