Do you have to resurface the flywheel when putting on a new clutch? I think you do. Just a Question

I just bought a Spec stage 3 kit. I'm debating to do it myself.

I was recently told by Tuner shop and Specclutch that yes, dual mass could be resurfaced.

Default Dave at Specclutch in AL, told me if I sent him the flywheel they would resurface it.

Local shop in Chicago has a machine shop that is setup for doing such.

I went back with new dual mass and plan to have the one pulled resurfaced and put on a shelf.

I went with the spec stage 2+

Default Just got it back Saturday and the pedal feels a little soft, but it grabs early and is

really not any discernable from stock. It is supposed to be all kevlar and carry much heavier torque and power than I can imagine putting to it.

Was a little worried about going ot stage 3 and it being grabby.

Remember the slave cylinder needs to be pressure bled and not vacuum bled.
