Default Door opener in Sun visor !!!

Help !! Tired of the clutter becoz of 2 door openers in my TT. Is there a way I can fit the sun visor with Homelink in TT... from A4 or A6 or aftermarket.
Any suggestions are welcome
satyc

Default Have you considered a smaller door control?

I obtained one that is about 1/4" thick, and 1" X 1 1/2" in size... a bit of velcro on the top side of the visor, actually since I never use that lil mirror, I put it on that... nestles in just fine.

I got one of the small xmitters too - put it in the ash tray with velcro, looks cool, works fine

Default Sun Visor Home Link

Interesting...while at the Annapolis Md gathering today I looked at Jeff's S4 which has the driver side sun visor with a home link system (three button) and then looked at my TT...on the surface it appears that the S4 sun visor will do a direct (no mods) fit into the TT with the only issue of a power connect. This latter point does not seem to be difficult since there is a power source with the vanity mirror light. I am going to play around with this since I too find having the garage door openers a pain.
2001 Amulet Red 225TTQC

Default Do update as soon as you find out how to fit this.

I like this option since these homelinks are self programming kind.
satyc
