Door seal replacement?
 

The passenger door seal on my 2000 TT coupe has pulled off on the bottom (actually I think the body shop did it, but I can't prove it). Dealer wants $130 for the seal and $2 for each of the plastic clips that go on the bottom. Anyone know where I might get this for less? And whether the clips require a special tool.
