I picked my baby up today and guess what? The noise is gone and they actually explained to me what was causing the squeeky sound and how they went about fixing it. According to the service advisor, it turns out that when they removed the pedal and the panel, they found that the pedal was rubbing against the master cylinder. Now, I'm not exactly sure if he said the clutch pedal was misaligned or the master cylinder somehow got misaligned, but they somehow realigned everything back into the right spot. Anyway, I drove her home today and there is no more squeeky noise. I'm crossing my fingers and hoping the noise never comes back. If anyone cares I took my baby to Pacific Porsche Audi VW.
