dropped the TT off for a 20k service and oil change to mobil 1 at zumbach
unlike the last time where i stood around for over 15 minutes until someone could help me, this morning i pulled up to the entrance (which was completely full) and a service manager immediately came to the car, filled out the paperwork and had me out of there within 5 minutes.
i was pretty tough on them when i got my survey phone call from Audi a couple months back and it seems that AoA (or someone) has really cracked the whip.
maybe it was just a fluke, but it was like i was at a completely different dealership
lets hope that this is a sign of things to come, and that they remember to change the Haldex oil
