Dual pipe on TT-180Q
Is it possible to mount an oroginal dual pipe exhaust on my TT-180Q. I think it completes the design.
A new TT-180Q costed me $52000,- (This is Norway!) And I dont want to pay more for a car.
(225Q is $60000,-!) Would it harm the engine to
do this?. A dual pipe cost $580,- which I can live with...

If it is not a Roadster, you can get a aftermarket dual pipe but....
I am pretty sure that the factory dual exhaust wont fit....even if it did, why spend that much money on a zero performance gain when you could buy an aftermarket exhaust.

Lasse, where in Norge are you?
My girlfriend's family lives in Leikanger (west coast, near Sogndal.) I went in to the Audi dealer in Sogndal and got a Norwegian TT brochure... they had never sold one at that dealership... the salesperson laughed when I asked him how many TT's he had sold!
As for your exhaust, HoTTub is right, the aftermarket exhaust is a better way to go... it will improve your performance and smoothness of power. Since you have a Quattro, you could get a Forge/Milltek dual exhaust from England. It comes with an adaptor to make it fit the stock 180 pipe after the old exhaust is removed.
