Hola mis amigos. I was wondering if they're going to release a 6 cylindar engine fot the TT in the U.S. Anyone? Thank you. -Kean

No, but...

A 225hp 4 cyl version available next year will smoke a 6 cyl Boxter.

How does your dealership feel about "chip"ing cars? Does it viod the warranty or not? Also, would you recommend it?Thanks

You know, you're putting me on the spot now. I personally do not have a problem with it. Here's some scenarios:1)Customer brings car in with a broken seat-heater switch on a chipped car; there's no problem. 2)Customer brings car in with a water pump leaking on a chipped car-still not a big problem 3)Customer brings car in that boosts about 14PSI and has a bad oxygen sensor-now theres probably a problem. Rule of thumb:try not to advertise the fact that you have modified the car, and if you do get some performance mods: be sure that they are OBDII compliant so they dont set any check engine lights. If you chip the car, make sure that the computer car still talk to the VAG1551 tester at the dealership.Jason Dale Audi Technician Ken Garff Motors Provo, UT
