Default Engine running like hell! Help!
I have been noticing frequently. Scenario: Car starts rough, I shut it off once, then starts fine. When I am driving at speed and accelerate, the car stalls sometimes like it is starving for fuel or something. This only lasts a brief moment, but I had an incident last night where I absolutely had to pass a car and my car would not accelerate for a couple of seconds....just sputtered/coughed. Plugs have not been changed...74k.

my car was born like that. but at 74k...make sure the timing belt is sorted!

spark plugs or coil packs it sounds like, OldSchool is right though... you need a VAG

only recent mod (Since Revo) is a VTDA.
