ESC and Convertible top light won't turn off

Default ESC and Convertible top light won't turn off
When I put my down, there's an indicator on the dash that will turn on to let me know the top is unlatched. But when I put the top back up, it won't turn off. Then I have the Electronic Stability Control indicator on the dash coming up, and disappearing. Does the ABS have anything to do with the convt. top, or are they both just separate problems that I have to have the dealer check?

Make it a 2000 Coupe.. .no ECS light either

Default I have an early 2001 and I have no ESP - not sure what ESC is although
I know a shop/parts place called ECS - lol

Heh... misread that totally... I think ESC is the escape Key.

i dont have esp either, but esc we have on 01...

Default Disconnect the battery terminals for a few minutes and try again. Your ESC may be
a sensor, but the reset might help both.

Default May need to adjust the switch for the top latch, here is a thread.......
