Default Bummer. When you've got both L&R, make sure to follow the destructions

that come in the box. If you don't have em there, should be able to download the PDF file from Strat. Use lots of padding on the ground under the door area, in case you drop one. Patience is the key. And a third hand doesn't hurt either.

It was actually pretty easy. I tilted the mirror all the way up and to the side. I got a flat piece of wood to push the small tab that is on the bottom center of the mirror. The instructions say to push the tab back and away from the car (to the side). I then wedged my fingers around the side of the mirror and got my fingers behind the mirror and then just pulled. (you may need to get a screwdriver, wrap it with a thin cotton towel, and pry the mirror up enough to get your fingers behind it) It takes a good amount of pull to get it to come off. It sounds like you broke something when it pops off. Then just take the wires off the mirror and plug them into the new one. Line up the mirror with the 4 snaps and push until they all snap. If you break a mirror taking it off you're not the only one so don't worry. I got both mine off without a break, but a lot of people have broken the mirrors. You might want to have a soft towel between your fingers and the mirror when you pull just incase it breaks so you don't cut your hand. I hope this helped and wasn't too confusing. Good Luck!!!!!!!!!
