Extremely loud chatter when AC is on.
Wow, this is getting VERY old.
When I turn on the AC the car sounds like an old truck, its VERY loud and embarrassing.
If you hit the econ button the sound goes away.
Any ideas?

I have the same problem and the dealer, for the third time with two different dealers, tells me it's normal and nothing is wrong. I've got 10 mths left on my CPO and it pains me to think that I'll probably end up repairing this myself...
