finally
after 4 months of waiting, and countless hours of perusing this incredible forum, my silver/blue (yes, blue!) ttq is here. can't believe its actually parked right outside my home. no anti-climatic emotions here -- the beauty, grace, and uniqueness (sp?) of this car is overwhelming. Each walkaround serves up another stunning angle and dimension. from the cockpit, the attention to detail, the fit and finish, serve to reiterate why i chose the ttq over its "competitors." for four long months i've anticipated being blown away by this car...mission accomplished.

I would love to hear more of your thoughts and experiences after a few more days of
TT-induced, ownership bliss. What fun you must be having now! Whew! There really should be a peace-time medal for all of us that have endured this brutal, psychological misery.
Me, I can't wait to read my TT's Owner's Manual, once my precious arrives. (Sick?)
With my 180Q still marooned "at port" in Boston (having had the heavens crash down mightily upon it Thurs. night--even more stress! Did the car float into the Harbor? Arrrgh!!!), I'm certain you know the agony I'm going through right now.
It CAN'T be much longer, can it?
Oh well...I've just got to stick it out. What choice do I have??? My TT shrine (garage) needs its crowning jewel!

Thx for the kind words! Hang in there. I spent many a sleepless night conjuring up all sorts of bizarre scenarios as I awaited delivery. After 2 days of rubber-meeting-the-road, I can only tell you that, yes indeed, good things come to those who wait....
