First ever mod!!!!

I did the headrest mod, so now the headrests will move up and down...its very nice actually. Thanks to those who posted how to do it.
yea yea....its not a REAL mod...but it works for now...

How do you do it???

I did a search but could not find it. I would like to do this to my TTR as well. Does it rattle though? A lot of coupe owners seemed to have that problem in the past.

Yup...there goes the warranty on the headrests...if they fail, I might just have to get new seats...

Well....

its very simple actually....you pop up the circular plastic covers around the headrest posts..just pry up the edge of the cover...
once its loose, push the pin that you see towards the back of the car. With the pins removed from both posts on each seat, you can adjust the headrest. I found that the height is not fixed now, so I can move it up/down as I want. Hope these directions are clear...I'm sure someone bookmarked the original threads (so maybe they can help us out with a link--that means you HoTTub ;-)!!
