Foliatec/ G2 vs. VHT Spray Can Caliper Paint

Has anyone tried both of these products. I was originally planning on using the VHT Spray On Caliper Paint until I spoke with Eric @ Supreme Power Parts. He said that the VHT comes out kind of dull and recommended the G2 (nearly identical to Foliatec) caliper paint system. My question is... which one is truly better. There is a large price difference ($10 for the VHT and $50 for the G2). So, has anybody used both. Let me know. Thanks in advance.

I have used the VHT, no complaints.

I used High temp engine paint (500degrees) and its perfect, can=5 bucks

Here's what a $3.00 can of high temp engine enamel will get you....>>

Bonus points if you can find the reflection of the Alien in the the caliper.....You don't need to spend $50, but if you want to, I'm sure they'll look good....
