FOTKI Albums...Purchasing Prints...Anyone done this? How's quality?

I've used ophoto... pretty good quality

but it mostly depends on your original print.

Most places use the same process to produce the prints, so quality overall is pretty much the same.

Is it on photo paper? Or would you do just as good printing on a highquality inkjet etc.

No, they use professional digital photo output

You would get ok results on a nice photo printer and photo paper... I do it quite often and it is good enough for me... if you don't want to bother, then use the online service. Really, it probably comes out close to the same price after you factor in paper and ink.

I just had over 600 prints done by Fotki (Ophoto) and I'm extremely happy....

We had 4x6 printed and they were delivered w/in 48 hours of ordering. The print select page is a bit quirky if you're ordering more than 100 pics. You'll have to split your order into smaller batches if you want more than about 100.

They use Kodak paper and if you're images are good, the prints will be too.
