front license plate frame- where to find contoured like dealer frame?

front license plate frame- where to find contoured like dealer frame?
searched the archives and saw nice frames for rear , but NJ wants plate on front. I dont feel like drilling more holes and the dealer frame is contoured on the bottom side to fit up tight to front. Is there any place to purchase a frame custom fitted for front? Thanks for any info.
