No key? If you have a key to open the trunk, there should be a small release handle for the fuel filler door inside the fender.

Thanks guys seems my security system locked out the control for both.checked fuse panel fuse ok.stopped at parts store asked if they could help.young guy said he would look at it,pulled a smart phone found reset directions for system ,lock unlock door five times abracadabra it opens .evryones happy! Ps slipped him a tip and then fueled her up alls well .
