Default Fuel gauge is all screwed up.....

It bounces alot in the morning. Left and right, sometimes with the music.

Yesterday, I was fueling up about 350miles on that tank. With the car warmed up, i assumed it was correct in telling me I had 5 miles to go(and on E).

After fueling up and topping off, i noticed it was only 13 gallons that was added in. Yikes, I had 3 more gallons left? I guess even if its warm it isn't accurate.

Oh well, back to the dealer....

Default I just have one thing to say...

Doesn't that kid on the Audi bigwheel just have "Euro-tyke" written all over him?

Default First time mine is screwing up...

This morning was the first time it happened. Funny how after reading about problems that others had in yesterday's threads. I had a little over 3/4 tank. This morning about 1/3 into my 22 mile freeway/street commute through L.A. the fuel guage started moving towards full. My onboard computer started to read that I had over 300 miles left on the tank. Yesterday it read about 260 or so more to go. Is it coincidence? Is it the gas? Is it just a conspiracy? Who knows...

How many people have gone to the dealer for this already?

It's better to burn out than to fade away?
