Default Fuse Panel

I have a small rock that is rolling around inside the dash,on the drivers side. I am wondering is it possible to remove the fuse panel,to get to the inside of the dash. I want to take a shop vac and get rid of this ,(turn left, rolls to the left, turn right rolls to the right) very annoying noise. Thanks in advance.....

oh yeah. the whole dash board comes apart really easily actually! bolts on the bottom of the steering column and such. The fuse panel cover is removed to access some bolts holding the dash together, but itself can not be taken out or off.
