Future TT owner with questions.
Hi Everyone...
I'm currently in the process of saving pennies so that in the spring I will have a big enough downpayment to make my monthly affordable to get a fully loaded tt convertible! I was just wondering if anyone knows of any plans for major cosmetic changes to the tt exterior. I would hate to buy my tt and then have the next model come out completely redesigned. That has happened to me in the past. Any opinions on your experiences with the tt will be greatly appreciated. My email address is emoon773@aol.com
thanks all!

Re: don't expect to see any major exterior changes for a few more years.
Great!! I can't wait... I hope this year blazes by. I live in Chicago (terrible winter weather) any opinions on how the "roadster" is in cold weather? And how a quattro with all-season tires would handle the snow? This will be my only car, so I don't want to get something that's going to be miserable to drive for 6 months out of the year.

I have a coupe and it was GREAT thru the winter with specific WINTER tires and quattro. I think the roadster should be fine also....
Jeff Bipes has one and does fine in the Minnesota winters. Even drives it top down to go ice fishing

Don't get 'all season' tires, get real snows, and be prepared to be surprised how it handles.

Re: Future TT owner with questions.
Thanks for the input guys... Either way, it sounds like I'll be okay with all-season tires, snow tires, or whatever!! So I guess I'll worry about that when I actually sign the papers and drive off the lot! What a great day that will be! Hope to join the club soon!
Take care, and thanks again.
Eric
