Gauge installs in DC Metro area?

Is the boost level fed electrically? ...>
I thought hoses were required? Do the kits include detailed instructions? Or is this the type of install where assumed knowledge is absolutely necessary?

well I installed my own boost gauge no problem...
mine is mechanical, so there is a small hose that runs into the cockpit (I have the supra gauge pod right now), there are electric versions, I think Mechanical is pretty simple to setup and use.

Where do you live? Are you in the MD/DC area?
I ordered the supra pod as well, last week. It should be in within the next couple days. I'm gonna attempt install myself I think...
