Default Getting unspoiled...

Long story with dealer paid cosmetic repairs and inferior paint/body shop.
Good news: New paint/body shop=meticulous work, and since they had to remove the spoiler to properly blend the paint, I had them fill the holes and return the car to its original glory.
Bad news: They've had the car 3 1/2 weeks...will be done next Wednesday : ( I'm an outcast in a Stratus.

Default You're lucky in the end then?

I really want to find a way to get my spoiler off without doing all the work. I think getting an old trunk lid would be the best way.

Can you post any before and after pics of the your car? I've seen plenty of pics of cars with and witout spoilers but never the same car from the same angle. I'd love to see this if you can do it...depends if you have any good pics of your car before you took it in...

Default Except for not having my car, I'm truly psyched.

I was originally a little upset that the car had the spoiler retrofit when I bought it used, but the dealer told me that Audi was requiring the "upgrade" on resale vehicles. If I'd known about the paint shop removing the spoiler before they'd done it, I would've gotten pics, but I actually found out on a routine call to check progress. Guess I'm negligent in not photographing all that brilliant Zaino work for a "before" shot. I'm not worthy.

Welcome to the club - too bad you did not have them remove and plug the cell phone antennae hole.

You seem plenty excited and that makes you very worthy ;-D
If you're in Houston I'd love to take a look at it in person..
