Default is this a good Premier Purchase deal?

Hey everyone - I'm looking to get back into an Audi by doing the Premier Purchase on a 2003 TT. It's a 225, black/vanilla, premium package, audio package, 18" wheels. Basically all options except nav and alacantra wheel. I have the dealer down to $34,200 on the car. The deal is for 4 years with 15,000 miles per year. If I put $5000 down the Premier Purchase price is $423/month and with $0 down it's $543/month. Does this sound like a good deal? Is it wise to put money down on what is kind of a lease? The residual value at the end of the 4years is $18,370. It seems good to me but I'm having second thoughts on it. I'm worried I'd rather have a new TT when they're released in 2005 (I read that somewhere but correct me if I'm wrong). Anyway, thanks for any input.

2002 TT 225 Q coupe with everything except nav.
Got it a year ago.48 mo,12k miles/year.$1200 total out of pockett,$521/mo.I did turn in my VW Passat 10 mo earlier, they took care of it and made all outstanding payments.
I still think i got a good deal.
It looks like yours is to.I would definately not put that kind of money down and go with the zero due at signing.
Good luck

What was the interest rate on your deal? The dealer said mine was at 6.75%.
