...get her to trust you with her keys, then steal her car and drive it through the window of an "Old Navy" store. When the police arrive, tell them that aliens came down (refer to them as "The Visitors") and explained to you that they had seen earth's future. They told you how man's demise would be bad taste. The cops will understand that you are only trying to save humanity and let you go... you will be a national hero, dump the sisters and start dating Heather Graham. Problem solved.
