Got an email from Riso today stating the V1 Fender going to be around 560 US. Going to be on his
website at the end of may here are the install instructions
I will update my site soon and you will see more pictures about the kit.
For installation, everything is simple as plug and play. No cutting
metal require.
1. Remove the front wheels
2. Remove the front bumper and unplug the spray jets
3. Remove the 2 factory fenders and unplug the side markers
4. Remove the factory water bottle and unplug the water level sensor
and 2 water pumps on the bottle
5. Plug the sensor and water pumps back onto the new water bottle and
put the bottle back to its position
6. Plug the side marker back onto the new fenders with the 2 chrome
bulbs (included)
7. Put on the 2 new vented fenders in position
8. Plug the spray jet back
9. Put the front bumper back on
10. Of course the wheels
11. Done
Of course you need to paint the fender before starting to do the
installation. Go find a good body shop and have the fenders paint.
Actually, it is a fun weekend job and everyone can do it in their
garage. All the steps above is all about screws and will likely take
you 3-4 hours with 2 person working on this project.
