Default GT2 Rear, Abt Limited Spoiler, and APR exhaust - WooHoo.....

Only had the TT for a few weeks this year due to lots of unfortunate issues. While at the body shop I had some pics showing the rear end and there was alot of discussion about making the rear vents a little darker or even black. After looking at it a good bit and particularly in daylight, I think the silver vent material is the best. Most of the stuff behind the vents is also silver, so doing black vent screens would still show the silver. We can't get the APR exhaust to center up in the cutouts. The GT2 is a bit off from a standard valence and without bending the APR it just want center up. I am OK. Also, with the Audi rear bumper the APR exhaust stuck out a good bit. With this bumper the tips are more flush when cool and extend out some when hot.

on the third picture there is a line on the bumper, does it have to be molded to the old?

Default I would say black would be better on the vents. You can spray paint whatever is behind the vents

black also so that no silver "sticks out". Its your car though...if it looks good to you, thats what counts

Default I like it a lot, but my opinion with all the black backround showing, the darker

mesh would have looked better, jmo.
