Default I wonder why sentencing doesn't happen when the verdict is arrived at.
Is there a technical reason why the two pieces are seperated?

Default Thats the only reason? :) what are they doing while the jury is deliberating?
Having never spent a day in a courtroom, I don't know how this stuff works. But it does seem long and drawn out.

Default They PRAYING for not guilty when the jury is deliberating... Also how could you know what to argue
against when they don't know WHICH charges he is guilty of.
