This happened to me last week and I forgot to mention it. I raced an S2000 on the freeway and I
got BEAT ! ! ! I was so upset!! And to add insult to injury I was on 100 octane, So I was truly disgusted. I came up to him on the freeway on 5th let my swoosh sound come out from DV and suddenly I hear him downshift. So I downshifted to 4th started pulling on him (WITH A BIG GRIN ON MY FACE) but once I got to 5th he started pulling on me by a bumper. By that time we were speeding at about 120 so I stopped pulled of the road and started sobbing like a little BITCH! ! I had raced my friends S2000 before with normal gas and I beat him by 1 1/2 car. I DON'T UNDERSTAND ! ! ! Is this the end of my racing career? Is it time to hang up my racing gloves for baking gloves? OH DEAR ME ! !

Probably because racing on public streets is dangerous?
Hey, we all have our moments, I'll even admit to that... but it's better to test your mettle on the track where it's safe and controlled rather than on public roads. Your public streets "racing career" could end with the injury or death of others, besides yourself.
Consider joining ACNA and doing a few track events.<ul><li><a href="http://www.audiclubna.org/">http://www.audiclubna.org/</a></li></ul>

I wasn't racing on surface streets, I was racing on the freeway at 1am no one but us 2. Trust me I
know when it's safe to race and when to say "Uh no not in these conditions". But I know what you mean. Trust me I am a responsible driver, never been in an accident or caused one. ) (Knock on wood) ALso, I am interested in racing on the track, I just have to get my car ready for that.
