Default True, but this issnt your everyday, run of the mill BOV.....

It is a type of hybrid BOV. It is fully adjustable to regulate exactly how much air get diverted back into the system or blown off into the atmosphere. Best of all, it can be adjusted externally without the use of tools. Just screw the top clockwise or counterclockwise in order to create more or less blow-off.

Default My friend has one on his 1.8t Golf.

He is chipped by APR with some other goodies. He likes it alot and says it works very well. His is not the stealth though. It is the one that needs to be adjusted by screw. I'm about to purchase one as well. But I would really like a black or anthracite one.

Default Quite right you are! Not a single engine management issue to worry about.

Forget about all the DTCs you've heard about with BOVs. That doesn't apply to this valve.

More info here on the Stealth FX
