Have been having an on going boost problem.....
Boost would drop from 23 to 15 at around 4300 rpm.
It wouldn't just peter out it would drop instantly.
Dealer is 100 miles from me. A friend needed a ride at the last minute for an appointment. Ran by the dealer to see if I could get my MAF replaced under warranty. They didn't have one in stock so I ordered a remanufactured one. Only had 20 miles left in the tank so I filled up with 22 cent a gallon cheaper high test than I can get at home. Noticed on the way back no more boost drop. Could I be getting screwed by bad gas?
