Default Head Gasket Set - Unknown Part

Please see the referenced image of the head gasket set I purchased from ECS tunning. I'm trying to identify the purpose of the four red cylindrical sleeves. Trying hard not to have any unexplained leftover parts when I'm done.
Thanks<ul><li><a href="http://www.ecstuning.com/stage/images/product/iadmin/3255_x600.jpg">Head Gasket Set Image</a></li></ul>

Default The head gasket set I purchased for my 180TT had only

the outer lining and the circular gasket (bottom left).

the other two gaskets wasn't included in the my kit.

I don't even know what the heck the top part is for o_O;;

Default they are for installing your valve's........ they help u slide the valves into the new seal....

with out damaging the seal..... you usuly get a few w/ a set as they break easy.... but are not anything that you will have to worry about as tehre trash when your all done!.....

Default you should be able to get the head off without removing the

exhaust manifold from the turbo (or turbo from the manifold.... heh)

just unbolt the manifold from the head.... just like on a n/a car.... just unbolt exhaust manifold/headers and leave them attached to the rest of the exhuast
