HearsTT Castle Rally Updated Itinerary...

I'm finally done setting the itinerary for our upcoming HearsTT Castle Rally. The roads are mapped out, reservations and deposits are made, and everything's pretty much done.
I believe we'll end up with around 40 attendees. This will be one of those snooze and you lose deals, as I will be asking everyone to book very early. Saturday, December 1 is the date of the Annual Morro Bay Lighted Boat Parade, and rooms will sell out early.
Also, I have placed deposits on some of the functions, and if I don't kill open spots way in advance, I am personally on the hook, and that just isn't going to happen.
As of this writing, we have 38 reservations and I believe this will be our final number.
Here's the drill. Firm attendees need to do the following:
1. Book rooms directly with the Inn at Morro Bay. Ask for Kristi Hogue. Her number is 800-321-9566. Identify yourself as a member of the "Audi TT Group". We have a discounted rate of only $99 per night, which is a steal for such a nice hotel. That rate is no longer guaranteed, but may still well be available. You'll find a link to the hotel's website below.
2. E-mail me with your firm expression of interest. I'll be providing an address where you can send me $100 per person (for the Sat brunch, wine tasting/winery tour, Sat dinner, Sunday Champagne brunch on a "riverboat" and Hearst Castle tour, movie). The $100 per person will be 50% refundable if you cancel no less than 2 weeks before the event.

Preliminary Itinerary
Friday, November 30.
Arrival at The Inn at Morro Bay from all points.
3:50 p.m. Optional drive north to Cambria to view the sunset and the Elephant Seal preserve (3,000-5,000 lb seals). (Participation depends on time of arrival and our energy. Sunset will be at 4:51 p.m. This location is approximately 45 minutes north of the hotel).
Free time and dinner on your own.
Drinks and live jazz in the lounge at the Inn at Morro Bay.
Saturday, December 1st.
9:15 am. Meet in hotel parking lot.
9:30 am. Depart for Paso Robles Wine district via scenic, twisty rural back roads.
10:45 am. Arrive at Eberle Winery. Guided tour of winery and wine tasting.
11:45 am. Lunch at Eberle Winery in underground wine caves.
12:40 pm. Attendees are free to shop at the gift shop and roam the winery.
1:00 pm. Depart for Hearst Castle via scenic, twisty rural back roads.
1:50 pm. Arrive Hearst Castle (which will be decorated for the Holidays).
2:15 pm. 45 minute IMAX film on the history of Hearst and his castle.
3:20 pm. Guided tour of Hearst Castle.
5:15 pm. Return to hotel to freshen up.
7:15 pm. Dinner and cocktails in the Caycaos Room at the Inn at on Morro Bay.
Sunday, December 2nd.
9:00 am. -10:30 Sunday Brunch and farewells. Private Champagne Brunch on the Tiger's Folly paddlewheel ship. Will tour Morro Bay for 1.5 hours.
The Tiger's Folly departs from 1205 Embarcadero (alongside the Harbor Hut restaurant).
