Help, My insurance company is trying to screw me.
They aren't giving me anything for my upgrades which total 5,000 +
I'm really pissed about loosing that much. Any experiences out there?

Sort of like stolen jewelry...not covered under homeowner's unless you've added a rider covering
such. They insured the car you bought...unless you notified them of mods and supplied receipts, etc.; I doubt they have any responsibility for covering mods. If you had added the mods to your policy, your rates would have gone up....did they?

SCOTT, DID YOU NOTIFY YOUR INS COMPANY WHEN YOU ADDED THESE EXTRAS, IF YOU DID, WOULD YOU HAVE GONE ALONG WITH ADDITIONAL PREMIUMS TO COVER THE ADDED EXPENSE ABOVE THE VALUE OF THE CAR WITHOUT THESE ITEMS?-I WORK FOR ONE OF THE LARGER INS COMPANYS.
