For help!!!

I ordered the kw coilover in theracestore and I use my mother'c credit card(she live in hk) to buy that. the coilover didn't receive so just want to refund, then my mom called to credit card center , but the credit card center said "none of their business, can't get refund because it is the deal between theracestore and U"
so dunno what can't I do now......

What credit card company? Visa? Master Card? American Express? Discover?

You should be able to call any of these companies, and tell them you want to dispute the charges.

My mom's card is master card.

the billpayment recieved and my mom paid it.

I don't think that matters, they should still dispute the charges for you. Paging Jason Chen!

Jason does business in HK, and might know more about how CC companies operate there.

Try again. Your mom may need to be involved. My CC company was very responsive once I

notified them of my TRS saga. I'm speaking of an american bank but I would expect a HK financial institution to serve its customers as well once they understand the situation.
