Default Hi about to Buy a 2002 225HP Coupe - Aftermkt exhaust?

Hi,

The seller is willing to throw in a good condition 100MM Milltek TT Cat-back Exhaust for $700 uninstalled (so I'll still have the stock). Id love to get some opinions from actual experience. So the questions are:
Good price (Stratmoshpere has then for $1100)?
Good performance (Stratmoshpere says ~5-7% gains)?
What is Forge - Milltek?
Thanks!!!
Dean

Default Milltek 100mm would be my first choice.

Ask how many miles the exhaust has on it if you are going to get that particular one. -Doug

Default There are cheaper ones you can get but miltek looks the best

The high flow is praised alot by owners. Why get cheap parts on a TT. Look at APR but for my tastes the oval tips look odd in the round cutouts.

Default Yes, get it!

I really like the difference that the exhaust (mine=APR) makes, a lot smoother power, and that's a good deal on the Miltek...worth it! It's made by Milltek, I believe, and also sold by Forge, if I'm not mistaken. Either way, a great system. You'll also need a chip to really take advantage, but reportedly the exhaust makes a difference even by itself.

The main reason I favor the Milltek is because of looks.

Milltek is the manufacturer. Forge is the European distributor for Milltek products.
