Default HID bulbs question..

I'm looking for some brighter bulbs than the stock HID bulbs, What intensity would look the best and provide a decent bit of more light? and Whats a good place to find them online for relatively cheap?

4300K Philips D2S 85122 bulbs are as bright as it gets. Stock bulbs are either those or the Osram equivalent.

Ricers use higher color temperatures, but they put out less light and cause more glare. All show, no go.
