Hose next to radiator - Passenger side - NOT connected? HELP

Hello!

I was trying to locate the low-side pressure port in order to recharge my A/C and I think I found it next to the radiator BUT also noticed a hose that is not connected and I am wondering what it was.

Could anybody tell me if #1 what I am showing in the pictures is the low-side pressure port to re-charge my A/C and #2 what is that hose or where it is supposed to be connected to? THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!

I just found out that the valve/port in the picture is the actual lowside pressure port. So thats 1 question less.

I still dont know what that hose is and if its supposed to be like that. Anybody?

Hi do you still have the picture of your A/C low pressure port? I have a 2002 Audi TT Roadster 1.8L and I want to make sure I have the right port.

The "Low" side (Suction) port is keyed & sized different from the "High"(Discharge) port. Standard gauge hoses use blue for suction/low and red for discharge/high. The small cans from auto part stores that have hoses usually only have a Low/suction port. They can't be connected incorrectly.
