How do I remove the windshield wiper arms?
I popped of the little black cap on the end, and removed the 13mm nut, but the arms aren't budging. Should they lift off the bolt at this point? Do I just need to use force? Or soak that bolt with some WD-40?

Had similar issue as well.... they can get wedged on there good.
I tried a rubber mallet, battery terminal pullers and finally when those didn't do, a heavy duty version of the battery terminal puller.... all with no results. Final trick was to whack it good with a metal hammer to allow the rust(?) to break free.... and pulled them off with the terminal puller. If I told you it took several days of annoyance for me to get this done as I was impatient and trying to be gentle, I wouldn't be lying. Force is good! Just don't use too much!

Well, I think I just f'ed them up...
I sprayed the bolts with WD-40, then tried moving the arms back and forth gently with increasing force until they seemed to be breaking free. "Success!" I thought as I lifted them off.
Than I noticed that the wiper arm posts have several small splines lining them that the arms match up to, and I seem to have stripped these off by moving it back and forth. Oh well, they are off now and when I go to put them back on I am just going to have to tighten those bolts extra tight!
Dangit. Thanks for the reply though.

I lubed the hell out of them and sprayed it so it went down into the bolts...
spray it so it drips down the little teeth things that are around the bolt and let it seep down, then you will only need to pull them off with a little force. Takes 2 mins.
