How does the Kmac kit work, it just looks like a different bushing to me?

if you look at the bushing, its cocentric...meaning off center...so by rotating it, it will
give you more or less negative camber (pulling in the bottom tie rod or pushing out the top one).

The center is eccentric....
so it works like a cam. As you turn it, it either pushes out or pulls in the outer edge. This changes your camber by pushing the lower control rod in or out at the bottom or top, depending on where you mount the KMAC. If you use a full KMAC, you can adjust both upper and lower, and get better toe-in adjustability too.
