How to solve this under intake manifold mess without breaking the bank!
I removed my intake and found broken hoses and valves, without going to the dealer how can I replace what’s needed....trouble is when I check the parts sites it seems my hoses and valves are different than what they say fits ... I have a 2004 TT, Quattro BEA engine,,,,thx!

1) The broken parts should have some part numbers on them. Compare them to the parts shown in photos.
2) Try: www.audiusaparts.com and Online VAG spare parts catalog, Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda, Seat. VAG VIN decoder, part number search. *** Online.
3) Sometimes, the parts guys at the dealer are really good. Take your part there with the VIN, and get them to print the schematic diagram for you.

I did go to the dealership and they were extremely helpful, as you said they gave me a printout by my vin with the diagram I was looking for....turns out the suction valve was not sold separately which explained why I couldn’t find it online, I ordered the suction pump assy, 27 on the drawing which included all the hoses and valves I was looking for, part 06A133751AA, I ordered it through a Vw dealer for 200 shipped, thanks for the response!

FYI... On YouTube, search for '"Sarah 'n' Tuned". In her last 2-3 videos, she dismantled the intake manifold and replaced that mess of hoses with new ones. A little late as you've already done it, but for anyone else, a neat training video.
