Default how to store in winter?

I'm storing my tt over the winter in an unheated garage. What necessary steps should be taken to do this properly? so far I've been told to start the car up once a week and thats it. Somehow, I feel it can't be that easy

Default Ok, let's be serious. Ka-ching! The car is not going to appreciate. If you are in Siberia, it might.

Drive it for craps sake. Put some winter tires on it. But don't think the thing is going to turn into a gold mine. IT WON'T!!

How much do you want for it??

Default For mine, I give her a nice wash/clay-bar/wax, hook up a battery tender and cover her up...

U usually start her up once in a while when the streets are clean and drive around the blaock just to clean the cobwebs out of the engine...but thats about it.

Default you'll need to hook it up to a battery tender. it can also ...

be a good idea to move it in and out of the garage to keep the tires from flatspotting. also, fill up the tank to reduce condensation problems.

Filling up the tank can also be seen as an investment.
