Never got a reply from him, but I purchased the program.
Email me your radio key (it's on the radio and I think in the manual as well) and I'll plug it in and let you know. Mine didn't fit the format exactly and it gave me a code, but I have other problems.

sorry guys I had to run... I just emailed you back but I also noticed that
its not the VIN its requesting, rather the radio code. Anyhow if anyone wants this thing let me know and I'll email you the soft.
